General Terms and Conditions

The contractual relationship between the customer is due to the payment of an advance invoice or on the basis of completed documents at the reception of the hotel or boarding house. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contractual relationship at any time. However, if cancellation is made less than 24 hours prior to check-in, the cancellation fee is refunded for one day.

Accommodation conditions:

  • The check-in time is 15:00 -18:00
  • Every guest must be logged in beforehand. For this purpose, they are required to present a valid ID or passport on arrival
  • Termination is at 10:00 on the last day
  • For the money and valuables, the accommodation facility only corresponds to the hotel safe deposit
  • There is no smoking in the accommodation and the use of open fire
  • Without the owner's consent, no one can move the room and common areas
  • The client may not make any repairs, interference with electrical networks or other distributions at his own initiative
  • It is forbidden to use their own electrical appliances in the accommodation, except those for personal hygiene
  • The guest is obliged to close the windows when leaving the room, check the faucets and turn off all lights. In winter, ventilation is not allowed to reduce room temperature.
  • For safety reasons, it is not allowed to leave children under 10 years of age unattended in the accommodation
  • From 22:00 to 06:00, the guest is obliged to observe the night's rest
  • The athlete is not allowed to take sports equipment and articles to the room, and to store them in another place
  • The accommodation facility will provide medical assistance in case of illness or injury to the accommodated person and, if necessary, transportation to the hospital
  • The entry of animals, except dogs, is prohibited in accommodation
  • Damage due to the property of the hotel or guesthouse is the responsibility of the guest in accordance with the applicable regulations. For the amount paid as compensation, the accommodation must issue a document.
  • Complaints and possible suggestions are accepted by the hotel management
